At Genuine Auto Partz, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, offering worldwide shipping to both residential and commercial addresses. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for international shipping.
Shipping
Upon placing an order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping and the delivery destination.
Flat rate shipping charges apply to all international shipping and free shipping options are available exclusively for deliveries within the United States. For our international customers, we offer a flat rate shipping charge associated with a fixed costs without limitations.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or have concerns about the condition of your delivery, please refuse the shipment upon arrival. This will allow us to address your concerns with the shipping company promptly. By signing for an item, you acknowledge satisfaction with the shipment and confirm that there is no evident damage. This is particularly important for LTL shipments, such as engines. If an engine arrives improperly positioned or inadequately secured to a pallet or crate, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Returns
New, unopened Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any applicable Affirm Restocking Fee). Items must be returned in their original condition, with intact packaging. Return label fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the Item is not refunded within 30 days, we offer a 10 days grace period which the item must be delivered otherwise return will not be possible.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of the return shipper receiving your package. However, refunds may take up to 6 weeks in some cases. This timeframe includes the transit time for the return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), processing time upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to finalize the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label and any necessary instructions.
Please note that due to their nature, returns are not accepted for High-Performance engines.
Affirm Restocking Fee
All items purchased with an Affirm financing option that are cancelled or returned are subject to an 8% restocking fee, calculated based on the total purchase price.
